Quebec patients have to pay first and get your money refunded by the Quebec government.

Please try to arrive at the right time for your appointment to avoid lengthy waits. Urgent visits are allowed, please advise the receptionist the nature of the emergency. 

If you cannot come to your appointment, please call and cancel. This allows other patients to book appointments. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation. A fee is charged for "no shows".
